Villa Magri is a charming 3 bed house for long term rentals located in a quaint village, close to Narbonne in South France. This former 19th Century wine cellar has been transformed into comfortable accommodation, where modern facilities combine with period features. The house comes with a large tree-lined garden, spacious living room and a private spa with Jacuzzi.
The house is available for long term rentals between October to April from €1500 per month + bills. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement.

This house is laid out over 2 floors and provides 140 m² of living space. The house comes with air conditioning (reversible for heat in the winter) and fibre Wi-Fi. There is parking for several cars.
Ground floor
The spacious living room is very bright, with high ceilings and exposed beams. The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa, TV and coffee table. There is a dining table with seating for 6-8 people.
The well-equipped kitchen is a lovely room which comes with a breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen comes with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils. First floor
The Master bedroom is very spacious and features a large double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
Bedroom 2 is also a double bedroom with bedside tables and a small desk/dressing table. The bedroom has air conditioning.
Two bedrooms are located upstairs, and a third—completely independent—is set in the garden.
Outside
- Bedroom 3 is located in an annexe in the garden. The bedroom comes with a double bed.
- There is a tree-lined garden with a patio.
- There is a spacious relaxation lounge decorated with oriental furniture and ornaments.
- There is a private spa room with Jacuzzi.

Villa Magri is available for long term rentals between October to April. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €300 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement. Minimum stay is normally 3 months.
