The Chalet provides 140m2 of living space and is laid out over 3 floors. Inside the Chalet features exposed stone walls, original beams and solid wood floors.

Ground floor

• There is an entrance hall with boot store.
• Bedroom 2 comes with 2 single beds
• There is a laundry room with WC and basin

First floor

• The large open plan living room encompasses the lounge, bar and dining room.
• The lounge comes with a large open fire which heats the whole property. Surrounding the fire, there is a large sofa, 3 armchairs and a TV (with English/International channels). In the corner, there is a small bar area. French windows lead out from the lounge to 2 balconies at the front and side of the house
• The dining room features an 2 tables with benches, an antique sideboard and stereo.
• Next to the dining room, the kitchen comes equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The house comes with a set of plates, mugs, cutlery and cooking utensils.
• The Master bedroom is located off the living room and comes with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom comes with a large four-poster bed, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is fitted with a shower wash basin and WC.
• Stairs lead up from the lounge to the second floor.

Second floor

• There is a large sitting room/games room which comes with an array of games consoles (Wii, PS4), DVD movies, board games etc. The sitting room has a large wood burner, sofa, armchairs, a TV and a small table and chairs. French windows lead out from the sitting room to the upper balcony. The balcony has a table and chairs and breath-taking views of the surrounding mountains..
• Bedroom 3 comes with 2 single beds
• Bedroom 4 is a large bedroom which is fitted with 3 single beds.
• Bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom.
• Bedroom 6 is a large bedroom with 2 single bed.
• There is a bathroom with bath (with overhead shower), wash basin and WC.
• There is a shower room with wash basin and WC.

Outside

• There is a small terrace on the ground floor with a table and chairs, next to the front door
• The first floor has balconies on 2 sides, which are accessed from the living room and the Master bedroom.
• The second floor has a balcony which is accessed from the sitting room.
• There is plenty of parking. There is an open garage and a parking space next to it. There are also plenty of spaces on the street opposite the chalet.
• There is a garden, mainly laid to lawn.

Alpine Ski Chalet for long term rentals France - prices

The Chalet is available for long term rentals from 6-12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €350 towards the electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi. Firewood to be purchased separately. Minimum stay is 3 months, although longer rental periods preferred. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement. 

Long term rentals (May to October): from €1500 per month + bills

Long term rentals (November to April): from €1900 per month + bills

Long term rentals (12 months): €1750 per month + bills
