The apartment comes with an outside seating area, parking, Wi-Fi and TV. The apartment has been restored to a good standard and is located in the grounds of the Owner's large villa. The apartment has its own private entrance.
The apartment is available for long term rentals from €500 per month + bills.

The apartment is laid out all on one level and comes with air conditioning (reversible for heating in the winter).
- The bedroom comes with a standard double bed (140cm x 200cm) and a hanging space with shelving.

- The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, hob, espresso machine and small fridge. Please note, there is not an oven in the apartment.
- The lounge has a comfortable armchair and a small wall-mounted TV.

Last visited: July 2025. If you are looking for a quite spot in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards and nature, then this studio apartment in Usclas d'Herault is ideal. The apartment will ideally suit a single traveller, looking for peace and tranquility. Although the nearby small town of Paulhan (which has a supermarket, shops, restaurants and services), is just 1.5km away, given the apartment's rural location, it is advisable to have a car.

Area activities
This studio apartment for long term rentals in South France, is located in the small hamlet of Usclas d'Herault, which is located in between Beziers and Montpellier on the Mediterranean coast in the Languedoc region of France.
Nearby you will find the historic market town of Pezenas (10 mins), which has a wonderful Saturday market which takes over the whole town. Pezenas has many beautiful buildings, restaurants, pavement cafes, antique shops, small boutiques and lots of arts & crafts stores.
In the other direction, you will find the medieval market town of Clermont l'Herault (10 mins), which provides a range of restaurants and shops. Nearby to Clermont l'Herault, you have Lake Salagou, a wonderful freshwater lake for swimming and water sports.
The surrounding area is a wine lover`s paradise with a multitude of local vineyards providing some excellent wines, including the famous Picpoul de Pinet wines, located in the nearby village of Pinet.
The pretty fishing villages of Meze and Bouzigues are close-by and they are famous for the production of oysters and mussels. Both villages lie on the edge of the Etang du Thau, a salt water lake separated from the Mediterranean sea by a thin strip of sandy beach.
Close by are the cities of Beziers (15 mins), Montpellier (50 mins), Carcassonne (60 mins), Perpignan (60 mins) and Nimes (90 mins).

There is a local bus in the next village (Paulhan) which runs in between Clermont l'Herault and Pezenas 6 times a day. There is a bus station in Clermont l'Herault, which provides local services to Montpellier.
