A set of stone steps lead down to the garden, allotment and the swimming pool (open May to September). The cottage comes with lovely views over the Lot river valley.
There is parking for one car.

The cottage is available for long term rentals of up to 6 months (until May/June 2026). In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision for €175 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi, firewood and local taxes. Minimum stay is usually 3 months. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement.

The cottage is well set-up for a long winter stay, with both a wood burner and reversible air conditioning. The cottage overlooks the River Lot and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, but is only 10 minutes walk to the local restaurant/bar and village shop. Surrounding the cottage, there are many lovely walks and cycling paths, as well as bird watching or enjoying the nature. With 7 different departments all reachable in under 90 mins, the cottage is an ideal base for house-hunting in South west France.
Given the location, you will need a car to get around.
