Cap d'Agde is conveniently located close to Montpellier and Beziers (both of which have local airports) and is just 4km from a TGV train station (in Agde). The apartment comes with a private terrace, modern bathroom & kitchen, Wi-Fi and parking. The beach is just 100 metres away (Plage de la Roquille) and a short walk to the Marina in Cap d'Agde where you will find dozens of restaurants, cafes and shops open all year around.

This beach apartment in Cap d'Agde is available for long term rentals between September to mid-June. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month stay. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods (especially covering April to June). In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €100 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes.. The apartment is not available during the high season months (mid-June to August). Pets may be accepted through prior agreement (limited to one small dog). Minimum stay is 3 months.

This apartment by the beach in Cap d'Agde is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy some winter sun in Southern France. It would ideally suit a single person, but it is also comfortable enough for a couple. Although Cap d'Agde is quieter in the off season than the bustling high season weeks, there is still plenty going on over the winter period. Many of the restaurants and cafes stay open all year around and taking a daily walk on the Promenade around the Marina is a must-do activity.

Cap d'Agde is also very handy for exploring the local area, with trips out to Montpellier, Nimes, Beziers, Carcassonne and Perpignan all possible by public transport.
