The apartment is located in an 18th century townhouse, located at the heart of the village and overlooking the main village square with its charming fountain.

The house was originally the village’s town hall until the early 20th century, when the entire building was revamped to serve as the local school. Following 3 years of extensive renovations, the house now provides 6 independent apartments for long term rentals.

The newly renovated apartment provides very comfortable living accommodation.

• The open-plan living room is fitted with a large comfortable sofa (which folds out to form a double bed) , dining table, coffee table and stone fireplace. There is WiFi.
• The fully equipped kitchen comes with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. There is plenty of storage space and a good supply of cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.
• The bedroom is fitted with a Queen-sized bed and comes with a large fitted wardrobe.
• The bathroom has a nice walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

On the ground floor of the house there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. There is free parking next to the house.

Provence long term rentals France - prices

The long term rental prices do not include the utility bills. There is a monthly provision of €100 towards the electricity, water, internet and communal taxes.

Long term rentals (October-May): from €2280 all inclusive.

For 12 month long term rental prices, please enquire. Please note that higher rates will apply during June to September.
