Ground floor

• You enter into the large open plan living room which encompasses the kitchen, lounge and dining area.
• The fitted kitchen comes with large central island, a dining room and lounge. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, oven, hob and large fridge-freezer.
• The lounge area is large enough for 2 sofas or a sofa and armchairs.
• The dining room is very light and bright and looks out onto the small courtyard. A set of French windows provide access outside.
• There is a bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. There is space for installing a washing machine in the bathroom (the plumbing and waste connection are installed). 

First floor

• Bedroom 1 is the largest bedroom and can comfortably be furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A set of french windows lead out onto the terrace at the rear of the house.
• Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom and located at the front of the house
• Bedroom 3 is also located at the front of the house.

• There is a large terrace which overlooks the small enclosed courtyard.
• There is parking available on the street outside the house
