The cottage comes with a lovely roof terrace which provides excellent views over the village rooftops to the surrounding hills. Cessenon-sur-Orb is located in the Orb valley, just 20 kms from the city of Beziers and 30 mins to the Mediterranean coast. The local river Orb offers plenty of opportunities for swimming, canoeing and white water rafting.
Cessenon-sur-Orb has a good range of local facilities including a supermarket, 2 bars, a restaurant, pharmacy, boulangerie and shops. There is a regular bus service from the village to Beziers.

This cottage is located in a quiet pedestrianized street and is laid out over 2 floors.
- You enter the cottage into a charming living room, with exposed stone walls and original beams. There is a nice wood-burning stove which keeps the cottage lovely and warm throughout the winter. The lounge area features a wall-mounted flat screen TV (with international TV channels) and two Rattan armchairs.
- Just by the entrance there is a large cupboard which contains the washing machine and shelves for sheets and towels.
- Off the lounge there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet)
- The beautiful kitchen is equipped with a large oven, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, sink, a Kitchen Aid blender, an espresso coffee-maker and plenty of storage.
- There is a dining table in the kitchen which can seat up to 6-8 people.
- A set of patio doors open out onto a small terrace where there is a table and chairs to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine.
