La Place townhouse for long term rental France - facilities

The house is located on the central square in the heart of the village. The house is laid out over 4 floors, connected by a large circular stone staircase (which probably dates back over 400 years).

Ground floor

• There is a small entrance hall.
• The open plan living room features the kitchen, sitting area and dining table. There is a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, as well as a small TV. The dining table can seat 6-8 people. There is also an antique dresser and an original marble fireplace.
• The kitchen comes fitted with a free-standing cooker, large fridge-freezer, microwave, small oven/grill, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. There is plenty of plates, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils.

First floor

• There is a lovely bright lounge which comes with a TV, easy chairs, coffee table and bookcase. The lounge provides access to a bedroom and bathroom on this floor, as well as the large covered terrace. 
• Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.
• Bathroom 1 has a bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin. The washing machine is located in the bathroom.

Second floor

• Bedroom 2 is fitted with 2 single beds. The bedroom comes with air conditioning, a chest of drawers and hanging space. The bedroom leads onto Bedroom 3.
• Bedroom 3 comes with a double bed, bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room has lovely exposed wooden beams.
• Bathroom 2 has a bath with overhead shower, WC and wash basin

Third floor

• There is a large Office/Study area, which can also be used for additional sleeping. The room has air conditioning and comes with a desk, sofa, armchair and daybed.
• Bedroom 4 has twin beds, a large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Outside

• There is a large covered terrace with a table and chairs. The terrace has views over the church and the countryside beyond.

The house can be rented between October to April. The normal minimum stay is 3 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €250 towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and local taxes.
