Inside the house is spacious and sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside there is an enclosed garden with private pool, a terrace for dining al-fresco and garage parking. All the local amenities are a short walk from the house. The beach at Meze is 10 minutes by car.
Maison des Vins is located in the small town of Montagnac near the Mediterranean coast and close to the historic town of Pezenas in South France.
The house is available for long term rentals between October to June from €1200 per month + bills. The house is not available for monthly rentals over the summer period

Maison des Vins long term rentals South France - Our opinion:
Last visited Jan 2020. What a lovely place to spend a relaxing few months in the South of France. The house comes with a good sized garden with a lawn, mature trees and Mediterranean plants. The private pool is ideal for lazing around and soaking up the sun.
Inside, the rental house is spacious and comes with a bathroom for each bedroom. The house is located a short walking distance to a good choice of restaurants, shops, banks, a pharmacy and the weekly market etc.

Close to Maison des Vins in Montagnac, you will find everything you need including, shops, banks, restaurants, a wine cave, cafes and bars, and on the edge of town the largest wine cooperative in France. If you are visiting without a car everything you need is at hand, and there is a good bus service to surrounding areas.
Montagnac is a 3 minute drive from the historic town of Pezenas, with its artists, antique dealers and many restaurants. Fifteen minutes to the south brings you to wonderful Mediterranean beaches and north are the l`Herault mountains with grottos, rivers and scenic drives. To the west is Carcassonne and the Cathar fortresses and eventually Spain. In the east explore Provence with all its history, and on to the Riviera. There are many chateaus in the area where you can taste and enjoy the Languedoc wines. Outdoor markets abound in Montagnac and the surrounding villages.

There is a TGV train station in Montpellier and Sete. There is a regular bus service between Montpellier and Montagnac.
