The house is located on a small square in the centre of the village, close to the church. The house has recently been refurbished and comes with modern facilities and furnishings. It is laid out over 2 floors and provides 100m2 of living space. There is fast internet and modern electric radiators.

Ground floor

• There is an open plan living room containing the lounge, dining area and kitchen.
• The lounge has a corner sofa, coffee table and small TV.
• The table in the dining area can seat 4-6 people.
• The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, hob , dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The house comes with plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
• Next to the kitchen there is a large utility room with a drinks fridge, washer & dryer and plenty of shelving/storage
• There is a bathroom on the ground floor which comes with a small bath with overhead shower and wash basin. There is a separate WC. 

First floor

There are 3 large bedrooms and a further bathroom.

• Bedroom 1 is fitted with a King-size bed.
• Bedroom 2 has a Queen-sized double bed and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3 comes with a Queen-sized double bed. There is a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
• There is a bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.
• There is a also a separate walk-in closet for additional storage.

Outside

• There is a small courtyard, which is fully enclosed.
• There is plenty of free parking on the surrounding streets and in front of the church.

The house is available for long term rentals from 3 to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €200 euros towards the electricity, water, Wi-Fi and communal taxes. Minimum stay is 3 months. Higher prices may apply to shorter rental periods, especially over the summer months.
