This well-equipped 3 bed modern villa is located on the outskirts of Carcassonne, close to the famous medieval castle. The villa comes with a swimming pool, enclosed garden, plenty of parking, air conditioning and fibre internet. The villa is very handy for Carcassonne airport (with flights all year around to the UK and Ireland), the train station in Carcassonne and the A62 motorway (which can be accessed in 2 mins). There is a newly opened Commercial Centre just down the road, with restaurants, shops and a large supermarket.
The villa is available to rent for up to 12 months from €900 per month + bills.

Carcassonne villa for long term rentals - Our Opinion
Last visited: September 2025. The main positives of this villa in Carcassonne is that it is newly built and is well-equipped. The inside of the villa is spacious and there is a nice terrace with above ground swimming pool. The villa is very private and the enclosed garden is perfect for clients with pets. There is plenty of parking and there is a large gateway at the rear of the property that is wide enough for a Camper Van/RV.
There are two downsides of the villa. It is located on a small Zone d'Activité (Trading Estate), so the approach to the property is not the most attractive. At the end of the garden there is a train line with approximately 18 trains passing by during the day.

The rental is for the entire property. Any shared facilities are listed in the property description. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period.
