House on Street level (sleeps 8):

The Master Bedroom comes with a Super King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed

2 twin rooms,

1 family bathroom with bath;

2 ensuites;

1 additional WC;

study;

open plan kitchen/dining room;

sitting room;

playroom;

laundry.

Adjoining gite on street level (sleeps 4); 1 double bedroom; 1 twin room; 1 sitting room ; 1 kitchen/diner. The gite and the house are all one building, however the gite is accessed through a separate door at the end of the property .

Outside: Garden with large 5m x 12m unheated pool and BBQ (charcoal) area; adjoining paddock.

The house is available for long term rentals between October to April. The rental price quoted is for the main house (4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms). The adjoining gite can also be rented in conjuntion with the main house, please enquire for price. The gite is not rented separately to the main house.

In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €350 towards the utility bills and local taxes. Minimum stay is 3 months.

Long term rentals (October to April): from €1500 per month + bills.
