This refurbished property is laid out all on one level and is comprised of 3 buildings - the main house, the garden suite and pool suite.

• The large entrance hallway comes with a guest toilet and provides access to the open plan kitchen and dining room, the master bedroom and the large living room.
• The fully fitted kitchen has a fabulous Aga gas cooker with 6 gas burners, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils. A wide archway leads to the kitchen's second area which has a large island with integral sink and a fabulous backdrop mirror.
• There is a utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
• The kitchen opens out to the dining area, with a marble dining table which seats 8. Patio doord lead out to the terrace and the garden.
• The large light and airy living room which has large sofas, double aspect windows overlooking the garden, a huge TV, Air-Conditioning and a piano. A modern fireplace is the focal point of the room. The patio doors give access to the terrace where there are comfortable seats. 
• An independent wc is off the entrance hall.

Bedrooms & bathrooms

• The Master bedroom suite is located off the main entrance and comes with a super king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and modern fireplace. Decorative wrought iron doors lead into the enormous en suite bathroom with free standing bath, separate shower, 2 wash hand basins and WC.
• Bedroom 2 is located in the Pool suite, accessed from the terrace just by the pool. This double bedroom comes with air conditioning, a standard double bed (140cm) and en suite shower room with WC. 
• Bedrooms 3 and 4 are contained in the large suite Garden suite, next to the pool. The suite comes with its own covered terrace. Each bedroom has its own sitting room and en suite bath/shower room.  
  • Bedroom 3 is a large room with a Super king size bed (180cm x 200cm) and air conditioning. There is an ensuite shower room with WC. A lounge/sitting area with doors to the outdoor terrace.
  • Bedroom 4 - is a spacious room with a Super king size bed (180cm x 200cm),  air-conditioning and en suite bathroom with a bath, overhead shower and WC. The bedroom has a sitting area with doors to the outdoor terrace.

Outside

• The property comes with a large garden of 2000m2, which is planted with lavender, palm trees and olive trees. The garden also features a Ping Pong table and an ornamental fountain.
• The large private pool is heated and is normally open from April to October. The pool is 11.5m x 5.5m and has Roman steps for easy access. The pool is alarmed and there is a pool cover.
• The surrounding terrace has sun loungers, an outdoor sofa and chairs, a large parasol and an outdoor shaded dining area with dining table. 
• There is a wonderful summer kitchen with a sink, charcoal BBQ and 4 stone bar stools

Luxury property for long term rentals South France - prices

Villa Maia can be rented between October to April. In addition to the monthly rent, there is a provision of €400 per month towards the utility bills. The minimum stay is 2 months. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement. Prices are based on a 3-4 month stay.
