The house has central heating and Wi-Fi internet. The house retains many charming features including the high ceilings and original vintage tiled floors.

Ground floor

• There is a large garage and a laundry room. There is access out to a small garden with a washing line.
• There is a shower and WC.

First floor

• The beautiful lounge comes with the original patterned floor tiles, carved fireplace and antique chandelier. There are 2 large sofas and an armchair, as well as a flat screen TV. The lounge provides access to the kitchen-diner.
• The fitted kitchen comes equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, Espresso machine and kettle. There are plenty of cooking utensils and the house is equipped with a full set of plates, glasses and cutlery.
• The dining table can seat 6 people comfortably.
• The dining area provides access to a small terrace with views over the village. This is the perfect space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
• The Master bedroom comes with a large en-suite bathroom. The bedroom comes with a large antique double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. There is a small Julliet balcony with views over the church square. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
• There is a guest WC on this floor

Second floor

• Bedroom 2 is a very spacious room with a double bed, large antique wardrobe and marble-topped bedside cabinets. The bedroom provides access out onto the roof terrace.
• Bedroom 3 is also a good sized room with double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bedroom has a small Julliet balcony with views of the church and square.
• The large family bathroom has a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside

• The roof terrace catches the sun all day long and provides stunning views over the village and the countryside beyond. In the distance you can see down to the Mediterranean coast. The terrace comes with a table and chairs and parasol.
• There is a small garden on the ground floor (accessed from the garage).

This charming house in Magalas is available for long term rentals of up to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €250 towards the electricity, water, gas and Wi-Fi. The prices quoted are based on a 12 month stay. Prices may be higher for shorter rentals, especially over the summer period.
