This beautiful 3 bed cottage for long term rentals is located on the outskirts of the sought-after village of Neffies in South France . The cottage comes with a good WiFi connection, reversible air conditioning, a nice private terrace and parking for 2 cars.
The cottage is available for long term rentals from €1000 per month + bills. Annual rentals only. The owner will allow a pet through prior agreement.

The cottage is laid out on two levels and comes air-conditioning (reversible), WiFi, private terrace and garden.
Ground floor
The large open plan living room features a lounge, dining area and kitchen.
- The lounge is fitted with comfortable leather sofas, TV with internet channels and a coffee table. A set of patio doors lead out from the lounge to the terrace.
- The dining area contains a large table which can seat 4-6 people.
- The well-equipped oak kitchen comes with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine and plenty of cooking utensils, plates and cutlery.
A set of steps lead down to 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, toilet and utility room.
- There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet.
- Bedroom 2 is located next to a shower room and comes with a King-sized double bed (which can be separated to form 2 single beds), a hanging area, bedside tables and a small chest of drawers
- Bedroom 3 comes with twin beds, a chest of drawers and hanging area.
- The utility room contains a freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
First floor
- The spacious Master bedroom comes with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (with bath, walk-in shower and wash basin). There is a separate toilet and a dressing room
- There is a gallery which overlooks the living room. This space could be used as an office area.
Outside
There is a good sized terrace with patio table and chairs. At the front of the cottage there is a small garden with olive trees and lawn. There is a parking area next to the road, with spaces for 2 cars (one covered space).
Long term cottage rentals France - prices:
The cottage is available for monthly rentals from October through to May. In addition to the monthly rental prices, there is a monthly provision of €205 towards the electricity, water, internet and communal taxes. Minimum stay is 3 months

Last visited: January 2022. This high-end cottage for long term rentals in the charming village of Neffies in South France, provides very comfortable accommodation for a family or a couple with frequent guests. Neffies is a well-equipped village coming with 2 good restaurants, a primary school, a small shop, wine bar and a small weekly market.

Area activities
This beautiful cottage for long term rentals is situated in the pretty village of Neffies. This is an excellent spot for visitors to explore this beautiful corner of France, with stunning scenery and excellent local vineyards - the Faugeres wine appellation produces some of the best wines in the area.
Neffies is located on the edge of the “Parc Naturel regional du Haute-Languedoc” and there are some beautiful drives, cycle routes and hiking trails nearby.
In the village there is a bakers, for your daily baguette and morning croissants. A van visits once a week selling fresh seafood, including local oysters and mussels direct from the producers. The village also provides a post office, children’s play area and tennis courts. The family-friendly bar serves decent food at lunchtimes and evenings, with great views from their terrace. Alternatively, one of the best restaurants in the area (Le Very'Table) is tucked behind Neffies’ Gothic church. There is also a newly opened tapas wine-bar, perfect for meeting friends for an apero.
Less than fifteen minutes drive away is the ancient market town of Pezenas, with it`s atmospheric old quarter, artist’s studios, boutiques and wide variety of bars and restaurants. There is also a fabulous market on Saturday, and a cinema showing English language films. A thirty-five minute drive will take you to the Mediterranean coastal resorts where you’ll find long stretches of sandy beaches with safe, shallow waters for swimming, all kinds of water sports, and a lively buzz in the cafes and bars.
Explore the bustling port of Sete, built on a confluence of canals, and watch the local spectacle of water jousting. Meander through the narrow cobbled streets of the regional capital, Montpellier, with its shady squares and exclusive boutiques.
Other transport
There is a TGV train station located at Montpellier, Beziers and Agde. Local bus services run from each of these towns to Pezenas, with connecting bus routes to Roujan and Neffies.
