The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful stone town house, which dates back to the 15th Century and was originally the site of the Knights Templar in Pezenas. You approach the apartment via a curved stone staircase, which has remained unchanged for over 600 years. Inside, the apartment features exposed stone walls, terracotta floors, high ceilings and open roof beams. The apartment comes with gas central heating.

• There is a large open plan living room with high ceiling and stone fireplace. The living room has two full height French windows which allow plenty of light to flood into the apartment and offer great views of the church and the medieval streets.
• The kitchen comes with fitted cupboards, an oven, induction hob and space for a refrigerator and dishwasher. 
• Bedroom 1 is a beautiful bedroom with exposed stone walls, solid wooden floor and a stunning curved alcove that is part of the turret of the building.
• The bathroom is next to the bedroom and is fitted with a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin.
