Surrounding the pool there is a large sun terrace with loungers and a lovely bar area. To the back there is a private terrace with BBQ. The villa is set within the Owner´s beautiful parkland garden, which is like a mini-Versailles!

Area activities
Le Beau Jardin is located within walking distance - 15-20 mins - of the centre of the historic town of Pezenas. The villa is situated in the countryside in peace and quiet. Pezenas is described in the Rough Guide as one of the most singularly beautiful towns in the French Southwest, and in addition to an important Saturday market, there are numerous events staged in the town during an extended season. While the old town with a good selection of shops and restaurants and its historic building trail is about 1km away, there is a large supermarket within 3 minutes walk.
The villa is within easy driving reach of long, sandy Mediterranean beaches (Marseillan Plage 24km)and has quick access to the A9 and A75 autoroutes, providing fast links to the many attractions abounding in the Languedoc-Roussillon and Cevennes areas. Indeed the villa is very easy to find, being within 1km of the end of the A75 autoroute, toll-free from Clermont-Ferrand except for the newly opened and spectacular newly opened Millau Viaduct. The vibrant port town of Cap d`Agde is only a 20 minute drive away.
Other transport
There are local TGV train stations in Montpellier, Agde and Beziers. All of these towns have direct bus services to Pezenas.

We didn`t want to leave!
The villa is equipped with all essential for a self dining and offering a modern design. The outside table (bar space) is a great addition that allows to enjoy beautiful and warm evenings. The private swimming pool is of a good size, suitable for both children and adults.
We had a great time at our villa. Very family friendly, offering a private swimming pool and a specious garden. Our host was very attentive whenever we needed any help. A welcoming gift - a bottle of wine and flowers were a nice touch. Villa`s location gives a great access to main region attractions (max. 25 min drive) and 5 min drive to Pezenas. It is also very close to the motorway and easy to find. I highly recommend this place for a peaceful holiday.

La villa parfaite
Erholsamer Urlaub, Mitte in der Natur aber trotzdem mit allem Komfort. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gerne werden wir uns wieder sehen ????

One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation. This deposit rolls-over to become the security deposit for your stay. Rent to be paid monthly in advance (for rentals in excess of 3 months). The full rental amount is required to be paid prior to arrival for rentals of 3 months or less. €100 monthly provision towards the electricity and local taxes.
