The house is set on a small pedestrian street, just 50m from the River Orb. It is a narrow village house, with a room on each of its 4 floors. The house provides 65m² of living space and blends authentic charm with modern comfort:

Ground Floor

• There is a beautiful lounge, with a vaulted stone ceiling. The lounge comes with a comfortable sofa, coffee table and a TV with FREEBOX (340 Channels including Eurosport and films) and internet connection for Netflix, Apple TV, etc). 
• There is a small utility room/storage area, for Bikes and Kayaks and other items. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in this room.

First Floor

• There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The kitchen comes with a small table top oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, espresso machine, kettle and toaster. The house comes with a full set of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils..
• The dining table can seat 4-6 people and is ideal for relaxed breakfasts or evening meals.
• There is a set of French windows with a Juliette balcony. There is small table and chairs which can be set up so that you can catch the sun and enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

Second Floor

• Bedroom 1 is a good-sized double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a standard-sized double bed (140cm x 200cm), a wardrobe and bedside table. The bathroom comes with a large shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail. 
• The bedroom has a set of French windows with a Juliette balcony, which can be opened up to allow plenty of light and air into the room. 

Third Floor

• Bedroom 2 is a lovely room with high ceiling and exposed beams. The bedroom comes with air conditioning. There is a standard-sized double bed (140cm x 200cm), a wardrobe and a desk/dressing table. The en-suite bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. 
• Please note, you access the top floor bedroom via a staircase in Bedroom 1.

Outside

The house is located on a small pedestrianized street. There is a free car park just 50m from the house on the banks of the river. There is also free street parking on the surrounding streets.

Cessenon sur Orb house for long term rentals South France - prices

The house can be rented from 3 to 12 months. In addition to the rent, there is a monthly provision of €175 towards the utility bills and communal taxes. The minimum rental period is 3 months. The monthly rent will depend on duration of stay and season. Pets may be accepted through prior agreement (although the house is not ideally suited for dogs).

Long term rentals (12 months): from €750 per month + bills

Long term rentals (May to September): from €900 per month + bills
