The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building, one block away from the beach the Promenade des Anglais coastal road. The apartment has one bedroom, a full bathroom, fitted kitchen and a spacious living room. In total the apartment has 67 m2 of living space.
- The large living room is a bright and airy space with two sets of French windows which allow plenty of light to flood into the room. There is a comfortable corner sofa with armchairs, a TV, and dining table with 4 chairs.
- The kitchen comes with a large fridge-freezer, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher and plenty of storage space. The apartment comes with a full set of plates, glasses and cutlery.
- The bedroom is fitted with a double bed, bedside cabinets and a fitted wardrobe.
- The bathroom has a bath (with overhead shower) and wash basin. There is a separate WC.
Private parking is available in the apartment building at a monthly cost of €120.

The apartment is set in a great location in west Nice. The beach is just a short walk away over Promenade des Anglais and the area is very well connected with public transport to both the centre of Nice and to Nice airport. The Promenade des Anglais provides seven kilometers of walkway along the sweeping Baie des Anges, with tall palm trees, elegant hotels and beaches lining the route.
One month's deposit to be paid at time of reservation. Rent to be paid on the first day of the month. There is a monthly provision of €200 euros towards the heating, water and electricity.
A secure parking place is available at the apartment building for a monthly fee of €120.

The local neighbourhood of Fabron/Saint-Hélène is located in the west of Nice in between Nice airport and the centre of Nice. This is primarily a residential neighbourhood that enjoys sea views. The Promenade des Anglais provides seven kilometres of walkway along the Baie des Anges, with sweeping views of the Mediterranean, tall palm trees, elegant hotels and beaches lining the route. The Promenade was developed in the mid 19th Century and the mansion houses and hotels attracted aristocracy from across Europe and Russia. In recent years, the city has taken great steps to reduce the traffic flow along the Promenade, by investing heavily in public transport (buses and tram routes) and developing alternative roadways.
The Mediterranean city of Nice has been attracting visitors for over 3 centuries. Nice, is the largest city on the French Riviera, with a population of 500,000. Nice is also home to Nice Cote d'Azur Airport, the third-busiest airport in France (after Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport and Paris-Orly). Nice is also one of the main railway hubs in the South of France, with trains serving the coastal region and inland to Grasse. The TGV Sud Est service reaches Nice in 5 hrs 30 mins from Paris.
With its broad avenues, wide sweeping bay and golden beach it is not difficult to see why some 3 million people flock to Nice every year. Only Paris rivals it as a tourist attraction. With over 17 museums (including the Matisse museum), the Russian Cathedral and Vieux Nice, there is so much to do and see.
Nice is also home to a celebrated Jazz festival. In actual fact, Nice held the very first jazz festival in the world in February 1948. Over the years the Nice Jazz festival has been attracted all the great Jazz musicians of the age including Louis Armstrong, Miles Davies, Charlie Mingus, Dizzy Gillespie and Ella Fitzgerald.
The enormous Nice carnival procession takes place over 15 days during the Mardi Gras.Also, during December, the Nice Christmas market ("Le Village de Noel") takes over the central Jardin Albert 1er and incorporates an ice rink, a Ferris wheel and a lot of Christmas related food and drink.
