The villa comes with its own private pool, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage and gated driveway entrance. Inside, the bathrooms have all been recently refurbished and there is a very spacious open plan living room. Outside, the pool terrace offers wonderful views and there are two covered dining areas.
Available for long term rentals of up to 12 months from €4,500 per month + bills.

The rental is for the entire property. Any shared facilities are listed in the property description. The prices quoted are based on a 6 month rental period. Higher prices may apply to rentals over the summer period and for shorter rentals. Utility bills and communal taxes are payable in addition to the rent.
One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation (this will become the security deposit for your stay). Rent to be paid in advance on the 1st day of each month. Monthly provision of €500 to be paid towards the utility bills. References required. Minimum stay is normally 3 months.

Area activities
The villa is located in the upmarket neighbourhood of Roc Fleuri in Mandelieu-la-Napoule. Mandelieu is located on the French Riviera just 10 mins from the centre of Cannes. Mandelieu town centre is a 10 minutes walk away. It has a nice Port area, a lovely old Fort and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A Geant Supermarket is just 15 minutes walk away. Mandelieu-La-Napoule hosts an evening farmers´ market along the central esplanade during the high season (every week evening except Wednesday from 7.00pm until midnight). The nearest beach is 2kms away, with further beaches located in Cannes, Antibes, Theoule-sur-Mer, Agay and Frejus.
Mandelieu also has 2 golf courses (Riviera Golf Club and the Old Course, which dates back to the late 19th century).
Mandelieu is a convenient location to explore the French Riviera, with Nice, Antibes, Mougins, Grasse, St-Paul-de-Vence, Fayence, Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Monaco all easy to reach via the A8 autoroute.
