This nice one bedroom apartment for long term rentals is located within the popular beach resort of Village Cap Estérel in Agay/Saint-Raphaël, just 900m from the Mediterranean sea. The apartment is situated within a secure residence on the Cote d'Azur coast in south eastern France. On site there are 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, shop, secure parking, tennis court and a 9 hole golf course. The apartment is located on the ground floor and comes with a private terrace overlooking the gardens, golf course and the Mediterranean sea in the distance.
The apartment is available for long term rentals between November and February from €1,250 per month + bills.

The apartment provides 30 m2 of living space
- In the lounge, there is a large sofa (which pulls out to form a a double bed). There is a wall-mounted TV and dining table. Patio doors provide access out onto the terrace.
- In the kitchen there is a hob, small dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine and a large fridge-freezer. There are plenty of cupboards for storage and the apartment comes with a set of plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils.
- The bedroom contains a double bed (140cm x 190cm), fitted wardrobes and a patio door which lead out onto the terrace.
- The bathroom comes with a bath, overhead shower and wash basin. There is a separate WC.
- The apartment has electric heating.
Outside
- The sunny covered terrace is 15m2 and has a patio table & chairs and 2 reclining chairs. The terrace has nice sea views.
- Th apartment comes with a reserved car parking place (although the residential area is mainly pedestrianised).
- The resort comes with a golf course, 5 swimming pools, tennis courts, a shop, restaurant, cafe-bar and Spa.

If you want to grab some winter sun for a few months in the South of France, then this one bed apartment with sea views on the Cote d'Azur is perfect. The resort comes with its own services and a local bus takes you into the centre of Agay, for a larger choice of restaurants and shops. The apartment will ideally suit a single person or couple.
Minimum stay is 3 months. One month deposit to be paid at time of reservation. For rentals of 3 months, the rent is to be paid in advance. For rentals in excess of 3 months, the rent can be paid monthly on the 1st day of each month. There is a monthly provision of €100 towards the electricity and water, which is to be paid in addition to the rent. Pets maybe considered, although limited to one dog.

The large beach resort of Village Cap Estérel is laid out within 200 hectares of parkland and is located on the outskirts of the coastal town of Agay (2km to town centre), 9 km from Saint-Raphaël and 40km from St Tropez. The resort is 900m from the Mediterranean sea and is mainly pedestrianised.
On site there is a 9 hole golf course, 5 swimming pools (open 1 April to 1 November), tennis courts, a shop, restaurant, bakery, laundry and Spa. The sandy beach at "Tiki Plage" is 1.8 km and there is a Marina 1 km away.
Agay is a laid-back beach town known for its 3 sandy beaches.
Saint-Raphaël is a holiday resort town on the Côte d'Azur, in south eastern France. Surrounding St-Raphaël there are numerous sandy beaches and rocky coves.
Other transport
There is a train station in Agay (500m from the resort), with regional train services to Cannes and Saint-Raphaël-Valescure TGV (where you can catch the TGV to Nice, Marseille and Paris).
